The Alan App LLC (“ALAN”) shares your concern about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data collected or processed when you use the ALAN website, interact with an ALAN digital experience, or use an ALAN mobile app (“ALAN Services”).  It also explains how your personal data is used, shared and protected, what choices you have relating to your personal data, and how you can contact us.

Children Under the Age of 13.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Therefore, the ALAN Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 years, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Compliance With Laws.

We reserve the right to disclose any information to comply with any law, regulation, decree, judgment, order, subpoena or any other governmental order without any obligation to contest or verify the accuracy of such order.

Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. Removing Your Information.
