Combine the oats, chocolate chips or dried blueberries, sunflower butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together into a bowl.
Form the mixture into balls using your hands.
Arrange the oat bites on a baking sheet and refrigerate before serving
1 cup of oats
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 cups of sunflower butter
1/2 cups of chocolate chips or dried blueberries (your choice)
