Introduction

Steps

  • Combine the oats, chocolate chips or dried blueberries, sunflower butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together into a bowl. 

  • Form the mixture into balls using your hands. 

  • Arrange the oat bites on a baking sheet and refrigerate before serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 3/4 cups of sunflower butter

  • 1/2 cups of chocolate chips or dried blueberries (your choice)
