FDA Information

The FDA has created a new temporary policy for food-labeling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their goal is to “minimize the impact of supply chain disruptions on product availability”. Essentially, food manufacturers can make minor changes to ingredients within the product, without changing the label.

One thing that has always stood out to me in having food allergies is the way that it is portrayed in movies and television. Through the years of watching loads of TV and movies, I as well as others have realized that food allergies are often portrayed in a negative light.
