FOR YOUNG ADULTS WITH ALLERGIES

College is the first time you will be able to live independently as a young adult. You will have to advocate for yourself and manage your food allergies without the supervision of your parents.

When you have food allergies, you have to be careful when being in a relationship. You have to inform your significant other of your food allergies and take extra precautions to avoid an allergic reaction.

Partying

Parties can be a sticky situation when you have food allergies. There may be a lot of foods that may contain your allergens and there is the risk of accidentally losing or forgetting your medication.
